Crafted from a paper straw body enhanced with exclusive Raindura® technology, it features thermosetting yarn that is handwoven into the fibers, creating a lightweight yet resilient structure. The hat is then carefully blocked and finished with an ultra-light water-repellent coating, offering added protection against the elements while maintaining breathability.
Designed to retain its shape over time, the Curtis Sun features a 4" Low Pinch Front crown paired with a 2 1/2" brim, providing effective sun protection with a refined silhouette. It is elegantly finished with a Japanese grosgrain band and equipped with a Comfort sweatband for all-day wearability.
