The Airflo Winter LTM5 by Tilley reinvents a classic for cold weather. For the first time, Tilley brings the comfort and breathability of the original Airflo to a winter-ready design that’s twice as warm as down and four times warmer than polyester, yet just as light, slim, and breathable.

Reconstructed with premium Italian Thindown® insulation, this hat offers superior heat retention without bulk. The taslan-nylon shell has the soft, natural feel of cotton with the added benefit of water repellency and wind resistance, making it perfect for unpredictable weather.

Practical and versatile, the Airflo Winter LTM5 features tuckaway microfleece ear flaps for added warmth, a Hydrofil® moisture-wicking sweatband for comfort, and Tilley’s signature hidden pocket for small essentials. Like all Tilley hats, it’s buoyant, UPF 50+ rated, and proudly made in Canada.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up, as the fit is slightly snugger than the original LTM5.

• Maintenance : Hand wash with cold water. Closely follow instructions on the label. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heat sources and windows. • Size Guide : Measure the circumference of your head at eyebrow ridge height, going slightly over the ears. Compare the obtained measurement to our Stetson Size Guide table to determine your size.
